Between the Sheets is a stylish cocktail, originating in Harry's New York Bar in Paris in the 1920s, as an alternative to the Sidecar.

This cocktail set contains:
1x 70cl Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum
1x 70cl Hennessy VS Cognac
1x 70cl Bols Triple Sec

Between the Sheets Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 25ml Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum
- 25ml Hennessy VS Cognac
- 25ml Bols Triple Sec
- 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Method:
Add some large ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and pour in all the ingredients. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until the outside of the cocktail shaker is icy cold.
Strain into a martini glass and enjoy.
