The 2012 Pomerol Cask is a limited edition rare 54.2% ABV Cask Strength Single Malt Irish Whiskey, distilled in 2012 , matured for over 6 years in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon Casks, then recasked in April 2018 and matured for a further 4 years in 6 Pomerol casks.
