WINEMAKER NOTES

Lolol, in the south-west of Colchagua enjoys a cooler climate than other parts of the valley.
Francois Lurton is renowned for creating distinctive wines. He purchased the Araucano Estate in 2000 and these wines have further cemented his reputation.
This wine is sophisticated and serious. The nose shows leather, chocolate and black fruits. The palate is very rich and full-bodied. It reveals dark bramble fruit, black pepper combined with sweet notes of earthiness.
