Winemaker Notes

The grapes are harvested from vines averaging 50 years old, that are on east-facing plots around the town of Fuiss. These vines thrive in Jurassic limestone and firm clay soil.

The wine has a straw yellow hue and offers aromas of ripe grapefruit, lemon peel, and peach. On the palate, it reveals a delightful blend of ripe yellow fruit with a subtle salty minerality. The structure is dry, tight, energetic, and mouth-filling.
